1 cup Almond milk 2 tbsp Date syrup 1 qt Frozen banana ¼ cup Quick oats, dry 12 tsp Cinnamon

Take one cup of Almond Milk and pour 2 spoons of Date Syrup in it. Add a banana and oats to it. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour it in a glass. Sprinkle little cinnamon on top of it. And get going for the day.1
