Almond French Toast

 6 qts (Slices) of gluten free bread
 1 tbsp Chia seeds
 10 ml Date syrup
 1 tbsp Corn flour (Optional)
  cup Almond milk
 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Optional)
 ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg
 ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon (Optional)
 Salt to taste

Blend Plain Almond Milk, Desired Spices, Vanilla, and banana together. Or add Cinnamon flavor Drupe Almond Milk and let the batter sit to firm a bit as we are not using eggs or cornflour.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.

Dunk each slice of bread in Almond milk mixture, soaking both sides.

Place the slice of bread on a pan, and cook on both sides until golden.

Slather Almond butter and pour some Date Syrup along with some coconut whipped cream and chopped strawberries.
