Rainbow Almond Popsicle

Ingredients

Almond Milk – 4 Cups

Grapes/Kiwi Finely Chopped – Half cup

Blueberries/Plum Finely Chopped – Half cup

Orange Finely Chopped – Half cup

Strawberry/Apple Finely Chopped – Half cup

Instructions

-Take 4 cups of almond milk and divide it in 4 parts.

-Put finely chopped Grapes/Kiwi in one part of Almond milk. Mix them both and puree in a small food processor until smooth. Keep the mixture aside.

-Take the second part of Almond milk and finely chopped blueberries/plum and grind them together and keep aside.

-Puree finely chopped oranges and one portion of Almond milk.

-Do the same with chopped apple/strawberries along with Almond milk and make a puree of both the ingredients.

-Put the first layer in the bottom of each Popsicle moulds. This layer can be as thick or as thin as you like. You can make identical popsicles or mix and match the order of your stripes.

-Put the mould in the freezer and freeze until the first layer is solid - approximately half hours.

-Set down your second layer, and then cover the top of the mould tightly with foil. Make a tiny slit in the centre of each opening with the tip of a sharp knife, and then slide a Popsicle stick in. Freeze again for half hours.

-After the second layer is frozen and your sticks are set, you can remove the foil. Continue to layer the popsicles until they are full.

-Now just enjoy your Almond Rainbow Popsicle!
