10 gms corn flour
4 cloves crushed garlic
2tbsp almond butter
chillie flakes
salt to taste
White pepper
fresh parsley
4 cups almond milk
2 cups Pasta
Cooking on simmer
Sauce: Roast corn flour in a small saucepan without oil, don't let it turn brown. Add almond butter, wait a few minutes add crushed garlic and mix the cornflour. Gradually start pouring alond milk over it and stir contiously. Add white pepper, salt to taste, chillie flakes and add the boiled pasta, mix it well and garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Pasta: Boil Water and add salt generously in the boiling water with 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add pasta. keep checking with a fork if the pasta is done. Do not overcook. Trick is to drain the water once the pasta is almost done. Do not wash the pasta after draining the water.
